How do you reconcile your apparent support for Trump trade policy as reflected in both news and editorial content in the Oct. 5 issue with reports like this: https://reut.rs/2OhQzxP

How can Capital Press possibly support a $12 billion expenditure to counteract the effects of lousy trade negotiating? There is no guaranteed outcome, other than once that money — or should I say ransom — is spent, it is spent.
